Warehouse Packing Staff – 18,000 INR/month

About the role

The Warehouse Packing Staff member works the 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM shift, six days a week, at the Singanallur facility near Shanthi Social Service. The primary duty is to pack gardening products according to company standards, checking weight, labeling, and packaging quality before dispatch. The role also includes keeping the packing area clean, organized, and safe while meeting daily packing targets.

Key responsibilities

• Pack gardening products following company standards and quality guidelines.
• Verify correct weight, labeling, and packaging integrity before goods are dispatched.
• Arrange, stack, and prepare packed items for efficient loading and shipment.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks or pallets when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free packing environment.
• Monitor daily packing targets and report any material, quality, or equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Support team members and follow safety procedures throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Ability to read basic instructions, count items, and check labels accurately.
• Physical fitness for lifting, standing, and repetitive packing tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and willingness to work collaboratively.
• Prior experience in packing or warehouse operations is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Commitment to maintaining safety standards and a tidy work area.
