Warehouse & Inventory Executive (Zoho Inventory)

About the role

The Warehouse & Inventory Executive will own inventory accuracy, purchase coordination and dispatch operations using Zoho Inventory as the system of record. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the role ensures real‑time stock visibility and disciplined warehouse processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records in Zoho Inventory with a target accuracy of 98%+, monitor stock levels and safety thresholds.
• Verify incoming goods, create GRN entries, and report shortages or damages.
• Process customer orders, generate packing lists, and update dispatch status in the system.
• Follow up on purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers on ETAs, and support replenishment planning.
• Conduct daily fast‑moving SKU checks and monthly full physical stock audits, keeping variance under 1%.
• Apply FIFO principles, ABC classification and proper labeling for 400+ bearing SKUs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in warehouse or inventory operations, with proven use of Zoho Inventory.
• Strong knowledge of stock management, dispatch, inward/outward processes, FIFO, ABC analysis and reorder level planning.
• Resides in or is willing to relocate to Chennai and can join within 15‑30 days.
