Video Producer

About the role

The Video Producer will lead end‑to‑end video production for projects at Muttaz Experience Center. This full‑time, on‑site position in Trivandrum involves turning concepts into polished video assets that support brand and project goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, pitch and script creative video ideas aligned with brand strategy.
• Plan shooting schedules, scout locations, organize props and produce detailed storyboards or shot lists.
• Direct and operate professional camera, lighting and audio equipment for studio and field shoots.
• Capture B‑roll, product showcases, promo reels, testimonials and social‑media content.
• Oversee post‑production: edit, color‑grade, design sound, synchronize music and add motion graphics, titles and captions.
• Manage assets: archive raw footage, maintain structured media libraries and ensure equipment upkeep.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full video production cycles from concept to delivery.
• Strong collaboration skills with designers, motion artists and other stakeholders.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical challenges and optimise production workflows.
