Travel Consultant – Fare Filing & Distribution (Pune)

About the role

We are looking for a Travel Consultant specialized in fare filing and distribution to join our Pune team. The role involves managing fare data in the ATPCO system and ensuring accurate representation across global distribution systems.

Key responsibilities

• File and update fares and rule conditions in the ATPCO platform based on provided information.
• Maintain and verify special fare activities such as YQ/YR, ancillary services, branded fares, and chart 1 & 2.
• Conduct quality‑assurance checks in GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) to ensure data integrity.
• Validate fare and rule data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Identify and resolve inconsistencies in ATPCO and GDS systems.
• Stay current with industry trends and ATPCO procedural updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of formal education (10+2+3).
• Strong knowledge of world geography and fare construction.
• Ability to work in a 24 × 7 shift pattern.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the ATPCO fare filing system.
• Experience using Global Distribution Systems – Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre.
