Territory Service Representative – Operations

About the role

The Territory Service Representative – Operations is the on‑ground face of Blue Dart, responsible for timely pickup and delivery of customer shipments within an assigned territory while ensuring a superior customer experience and representing the brand with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Perform timely pickup and delivery of shipments, adhering to committed service timelines and route efficiency.
• Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, obtain Proof of Delivery (POD) and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Scan shipments accurately using handheld devices, update status in real time and maintain scanner compliance.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures, road‑safety guidelines and safety‑conscious practices during field operations.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle or personal two‑wheeler in road‑worthy condition, ensuring statutory documents are valid.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service, resolve basic queries on the spot and promptly escalate complex issues.
• Support operational requirements during peak periods and collaborate with shift in‑charges and branch teams.
• Uphold high standards of personal grooming, uniform compliance and brand representation at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 10th standard education; fresher to 2 years of relevant experience in courier, logistics or field operations.
• Valid two‑ or four‑wheeler driving licence and ownership of a personal two‑wheeler as per company policy.
• Minimum age of 18 years, physically fit and able to perform field duties.
• Willingness to work across shifts, weekends and holidays based on business needs.
• Basic English reading and comprehension skills.
