Territory Service Representative – Jaipur

About the role

Blue Dart is looking for a Territory Service Representative to manage timely pickup and delivery of shipments in Jaipur. You will be the face of the company for customers, handling COD collections and ensuring compliance with operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform timely pickup and delivery of customer shipments within the assigned territory, meeting service timelines.
• Verify shipment details, handle parcels carefully, and maintain route efficiency.
• Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, obtain Proof of Delivery (POD) and ensure accurate documentation.
• Use handheld devices or digital platforms to scan shipments and update status in real time.
• Follow road safety guidelines, wear the prescribed uniform and PPE, and report any incidents.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in roadworthy condition and ensure all statutory documents are valid.
• Collaborate with shift‑in‑charges and branch teams, supporting operational contingencies and productivity goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 8th standard education; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Fresher to 2 years of experience in courier, logistics, or field operations.
• Minimum age 18 years, valid two‑ or four‑wheel driving licence and ownership of a two‑wheeler if required.
• Physically fit, willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.
