Territory Sales Executive

About the role

The Territory Sales Executive will focus on building new business opportunities within the builder and project segment in Ahmedabad. The role involves developing relationships with developers, contractors, architects and consultants to generate and close project enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the builder and project segment.
• Establish strong relationships with builders, developers, contractors, architects, and consultants.
• Generate project enquiries and convert them into orders.
• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions at project sites.
• Coordinate with internal technical and supply‑chain teams for smooth execution.
• Track upcoming residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
• Negotiate pricing and finalize contracts according to company guidelines.
• Ensure timely collections and follow‑ups on payments.
• Monitor competitor activity in project specifications.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 2–6 years of experience in project sales within the Paint / Building Materials industry.
• Strong network with builders and contractors in Ahmedabad.
• Experience handling institutional or B2B sales.
• Good technical understanding of construction materials.
