Tele Caller – Outbound & Inbound Customer Support

About the role

The Tele Caller position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Mumbai. You will engage with customers through both outbound and inbound calls, presenting products or services, answering queries, and delivering accurate information while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Key responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound calls to connect with customers, explain offerings, and address inquiries.
• Maintain detailed call logs and update customer records in the CRM system after each interaction.
• Follow prescribed call scripts and compliance guidelines, escalating issues when necessary.
• Achieve daily call and conversion targets, supporting sales and customer relationship teams.
• Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to continuously improve call quality and overall team performance.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages with clear articulation.
• Customer‑service mindset, patience, empathy, and a solution‑focused approach.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with call‑center software and data‑entry processes.
• Ability to follow scripts, adhere to procedures, and maintain information accuracy.
• Target‑oriented attitude with good time‑management and organizational skills.
