About the role
Zinnia is seeking a Techno‑functional Product Manager to lead the development and launch of life‑insurance and annuity solutions. You will bridge business needs and technology, driving product initiatives that enhance customer experience and market share.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle: research, market analysis, positioning, roadmap, requirements, and launch.
- Analyze consumer needs, market trends, and partnership opportunities from ROI and build‑vs‑buy perspectives.
- Identify product gaps, propose new ideas, and work with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Coordinate product delivery dates, feature releases, and maintenance updates.
- Design and manage API integrations across platforms with engineering teams.
- Investigate escalated production issues, document impacts, and define preventive measures.
Required profile
- 5+ years of product management or business analysis experience, preferably in life insurance or annuities.
- Strong technical understanding of product development lifecycle and system interfaces.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills across all organizational levels.
Required skills
- API integrations
- SQL
- Business Process Modeling (decision tables/trees, data flows)
- Understanding of client/server architectures and operating systems
