About the role
The Team Leader – Housekeeping will support the efficient operation of the housekeeping department, ensuring compliance with Hyatt International’s brand standards and meeting the expectations of guests, employees, and owners. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily housekeeping operations to ensure rooms and floors are cleaned to brand standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to align housekeeping activities with overall hotel operations.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages.
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of quality and service excellence.
- Address guest concerns related to room cleanliness promptly and professionally.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations, preferably in housekeeping.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and administrative competence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
