Team Lead – Media Operations

About the role

The Media Team Lead will oversee TV operations, ensuring all programs are delivered within service level agreements. You will coach a team of operators, manage escalations, and continuously improve workflow efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain customer TV operations against SLAs.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and improvement plans to team members.
• Assign work, track progress, and ensure accurate task completion.
• Handle escalations, communicate with customers, internal teams, and vendors.
• Participate in client calls, maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to reviews.
• Perform root‑cause analysis, create SOPs, and conduct internal audits.
• Report on team performance and internal TCS requirements.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of professional experience in live TV or OTT operations.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or management role directly supervising people and processes.
• Experience working in a time‑sensitive environment such as a call centre or network operations centre.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts as required by the client.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Chrome and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
• Experience using CRM and ticketing tools.
• Familiarity with mobile operating systems (iOS, Android) and devices such as iPads, tablets, Smart TVs, and Xbox.
