Team Lead – International Relocation (Onsite)

About the role

The Team Lead International Relocation Onsite role at Cartus is based on‑site with a major corporate client in India. The leader will supervise the Client Management Services (CMS) function, ensure operational excellence, and act as the primary escalation point for the Assignment Management team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the CMS team, modelling exceptional customer service and driving service excellence.
• Recruit, train, and coach team members; conduct regular one‑on‑ones, performance reviews and compensation discussions.
• Oversee operational processes, document and monitor key workflows, and propose improvements to the client.
• Provide support to Client Assignment Managers on complex moves, cost estimates, vendor coordination and data integrity for assignee records.
• Manage escalations, risk assessments and ensure compliance with client corporate policies and service level agreements.
• Prepare and present operational insights, reports and ad‑hoc regional project contributions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years experience in Global Mobility Services with prior people‑management responsibility.
• Proven leadership ability to motivate, coach and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Experience operating in a global, matrixed environment and handling complex escalations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Global Mobility platforms such as Topia, Equus and Workday.
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
