Tax Compliance Analyst – Remote (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Tax Compliance Analyst to work remotely on a contract basis. You will help ensure our AI models accurately reflect U.S. tax statutes and regulations by reviewing, interpreting, and summarizing complex legal language.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze U.S. tax statutes, regulations, and legal documents for accuracy and clarity.
• Interpret sections of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) and Treasury Regulations to guarantee precise statutory understanding.
• Provide detailed feedback on nuances, exceptions, and technical implications of tax law language.
• Summarize key provisions of U.S. tax law for analytical and training purposes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate tax insights into AI model improvements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date awareness of legislative changes and developments in U.S. taxation.

Required profile

• Demonstrated proficiency with the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) and Treasury Regulations.
• Exceptional skills in statutory interpretation and legal analysis.
• Professional credential such as Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Enrolled Agent (EA) strongly preferred.
• Experience reviewing, drafting, or analyzing legal or tax‑related documentation.
