Talent Acquisition Specialist – Consulting Business Recruiting

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead experienced‑hire recruiting for its Consulting Business in Hyderabad. You will partner with business leaders and talent services teams to attract top‑tier professionals and support Deloitte’s reputation for hiring the best.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end experienced‑hire process: sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, kick‑offs, debriefs, offer approvals, extensions and candidate disposition.
• Achieve assigned hiring demand targets and build talent pipelines through active and passive sourcing channels.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and Core Talent Services to align recruiting activities with hiring priorities.
• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the lifecycle and support post‑offer communications.
• Track recruiting metrics, keep ATS data up to date and use analytics to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• MBA or equivalent degree.
• 3‑6 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or experienced‑hire hiring.
• Proven experience managing full interview and offer cycles.
• Demonstrated ability to source candidates via active and passive methods.
• Experience maintaining ATS data, generating recruiting reports, and leveraging metrics for decision‑making.
