Sr. Business Analyst - Corporate Financial Systems

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Oracle Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Financial modules. The role will support and maintain the ERP system across global operations, collaborating with users in the US, Canada, APAC, Europe and India.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for functional support and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Financial modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across global regions to understand and prioritize business needs.
• Work closely with IT and technical teams to drive issue resolution and system enhancements.
• Assist in month‑end and year‑end financial close processes.
• Manage and coordinate change requests, including configuration updates and system testing.
• Prepare detailed functional specifications and documentation for enhancements and integrations.
• Participate in user training and onboarding related to Oracle Financial modules.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Support global time zones, with primary working hours aligned to US time (4:30 PM – 1:30 AM IST).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 8+ years of hands‑on experience as a Business Analyst working with Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with global stakeholders.
• Proven ability to document business requirements, use cases, and test cases.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in global support models and working with cross‑regional teams.
