Software Engineer – Cloud Native Infrastructure (AI‑enabled)

About the role

Join Ericsson’s Operations Manager Cloud Infrastructure (OMC) team to develop cloud‑native infrastructure products that power 5G networks. You will work on AI‑enabled R&D, building intelligent automation tools and integrating large language models into Ericsson’s NFVI and CNIS platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse requirements, design, develop and test software components for the Cloud Native Infra Structure product.
• Implement AI‑driven workflows, intelligent automation, and integration of LLMs/ML models.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment to deliver features that follow architecture guidelines.
• Automate testing using Robot Framework and ensure high‑quality releases.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from a recognised institution.
• 4–6 years of software development experience in network management (NMS/EMS/OSS) or networking products.
• Strong programming skills in Go and Python, with a focus on AI‑native development.
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, Helm and Docker in cloud‑native product development.
