About the role

Amazon is seeking an experienced engineering leader to drive the next generation of its DynamoDB service. You will guide a team of passionate engineers building highly reliable, low‑latency, and massively scalable distributed systems that power mission‑critical workloads for global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a world‑class software engineering team.
• Design and deliver reliable, highly scalable distributed systems for DynamoDB.
• Improve discoverability, safety, and efficiency of the service.
• Define and execute product roadmaps using Agile methodologies.
