Site Lead – Architectural Finishing

About the role

The Site Lead – Architectural Finishing is responsible for directing all finishing and fit‑out activities on construction sites. This includes overseeing plastering, drywall, painting, flooring, ceilings, tiling, waterproofing, joinery, glazing, and façade interfaces to ensure timely, quality handover.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and control all architectural finishing works according to approved drawings, specifications, and budgets.
• Manage site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project milestones while optimizing resources and controlling costs.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP, procurement, design, QA/QC, and client teams to resolve interface issues and ensure seamless execution.
• Drive quality excellence through inspections, mock‑ups, material approvals, snag management, and defect rectification.
• Lead safety initiatives, enforce HSE requirements, conduct safety reviews, and maintain a zero‑incident culture.
• Monitor material consumption, control wastage, track progress, prepare reports, and identify risks affecting schedule or quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading architectural finishing and fit‑out projects on site.
• Strong leadership and performance‑management skills for multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and quality KPIs.
• Excellent coordination with cross‑functional teams and client representatives.
