About the role
QIMA is seeking a motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process across the organization. You will partner with senior leadership to define staffing needs, shape talent strategies, and ensure alignment with business objectives and company culture.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies that support business goals.
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets.
- Promote QIMA’s employer brand and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring process.
- Provide data‑driven insights and regular reports on recruitment metrics.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- 10‑15 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven success managing high‑volume and senior‑level recruitment.
- Strong understanding of labor market trends, compensation strategies, and best practices.
- Experience designing scalable, efficient recruitment processes and fostering DEI.
