Senior Solutions Consultant – Life & Annuities

About the role

Zinnia is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to help life and annuity clients transform their operations through technology. You will act as the bridge between business needs and technical delivery, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with Zinnia’s platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project scoping, pricing, and impact analysis for new engagements.
• Facilitate solution definition workshops with stakeholders to create cohesive designs.
• Conduct solution planning sessions to align cross‑functional teams on delivery objectives.
• Translate business objectives into actionable Zinnia solutions that follow IT and architectural standards.
• Identify process‑improvement and innovation opportunities within client engagements.
• Support proposal development by clarifying scope, dependencies, and risks.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Finance, Compliance, and Tax teams for comprehensive solution design.
• Assist with training initiatives and promote best‑practice delivery methods.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of experience in life, annuity, or financial services, with exposure to both business and technology functions.
• Proven expertise in business analysis, systems analysis, or solution design in enterprise technology environments.
