Senior Software Engineer - Java

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in Java, REST APIs, and Spring Boot to join a collaborative, Agile development team. You will work on high‑performance, scalable applications using modern cloud‑native tools and continuous‑integration practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain Java‑based services and APIs following best coding standards.
• Debug and resolve defects in existing components across test, integration, and production environments.
• Automate deployments and support monitoring for both test and production systems.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in code reviews, unit/integration testing, and regression testing.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help keep infrastructure scalable, reliable, and SLA‑compliant.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and comfort with ambiguous requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
