Senior SEO/AEO/GEO Strategist – Agency Experience Required

About the role

We are Growth Hackers, building strategies that capture intent beyond traditional search. We seek an innovative Senior Strategist with 3–5 years of hands‑on experience to drive organic growth across Google, AI‑driven answer engines and community platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research, on‑page optimization, technical SEO audits and backlink strategies to maintain core search visibility.
• Optimize content for AI Overviews, LLM‑based search engines and conversational AI tools, focusing on entity‑based SEO and direct‑answer formatting.
• Monitor brand mentions and engage authentically on Reddit, optimizing for “Reddit + keyword” queries to capture community‑driven intent.
• Track, measure and report on organic performance, user behavior and zero‑click trends using analytics platforms.
• Utilize the SEO software stack daily to identify gaps, track keyword movements and monitor technical health.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of proven, hands‑on experience in an SEO role.
• Deep understanding of technical SEO, site architecture, core web vitals and content optimization.
• Demonstrable knowledge of AEO and GEO strategies, including LLM optimization and entity graphs.
• Active understanding of Reddit’s ecosystem and guidelines for authentic visibility.
• Proficiency with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
