Senior Security Analyst – Internal Investigations

About the role

Join EY’s Internal Investigations Services team to lead cyber security incident response, digital forensics and eDiscovery efforts for a global organization. You will work with a diverse, virtual team to protect EY and client information assets while delivering clear, fact‑based reports to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead security investigations and eDiscovery matters across EY’s global footprint.
• Produce fact‑based technical reports detailing events and share findings with relevant stakeholders.
• Advise stakeholders on the relevance of information from internal and external sources related to security and forensic inquiries.
• Identify and propose improvements to IIS processes and procedures.

Required profile

• In‑depth technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, forensic tools and methodologies.
• Strong investigative, analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to multitask in time‑sensitive, confidential environments while respecting privacy laws.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills across cultures and jurisdictions.

Required skills

• Forensic tools such as Nuix and Axiom.
• Microsoft Defender and other security monitoring tools.
• Microsoft environment expertise (Exchange, SharePoint, Purview, Sentinel, Azure).
• PowerShell scripting.
• Log correlation and analysis.
