Senior Project Manager – Steel Construction (Mumbai)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead steel construction projects from inception to completion, based in Mumbai. You will ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and budget targets while coordinating multiple disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement, fabrication, engineering, quality control, and site erection for structural steel projects.
• Manage design, drafting, and preparation of Material Take‑Offs (MTOs).
• Control raw material inventory and oversee procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
• Prepare regular project reports and updates for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients to capture requirements and expectations.
• Oversee resource planning, allocation, and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• BE in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with experience in commercial and residential projects.
• Extensive project management experience in the steel industry (15+ years).
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Commitment to meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
