Senior Project Manager – Retail Banking Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Project & Quality Assurance team within Retail Banking Operations. The role will drive end‑to‑end project planning, execution, and governance while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle project planning and execution aligned with business objectives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, governance frameworks, and escalation processes.
• Oversee platform project delivery, addressing application and process issues.
• Maintain turnaround time (TAT) for issue resolution and support audit requirements.
• Design and implement complex solutions, create SOP documentation, and monitor adherence.
• Supervise testing, process monitoring, checklist validation, and KPI analysis.
• Act as subject‑matter expert and first‑level escalation point for sub‑units.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in project planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and escalation protocols.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams under pressure.
• Results‑oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
