Senior Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Consultant

About the role

Deloitte’s Enterprise Performance team is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementations. You will work with large‑scale digital transformation projects, combining business process expertise with technology enablement across multiple supply‑chain modules. The role involves close collaboration with client stakeholders and both onsite and offshore delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Oracle Supply Chain Management solutions covering Manufacturing, Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Bill of Materials, Work in Process, Advanced Pricing, Services, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Demantra, and Costing.
• Conduct requirements gathering, fit‑gap analysis, functional design, configuration, and testing activities.
• Support business process improvements for Order‑to‑Cash and Procure‑to‑Pay cycles.
• Deliver high‑quality work products within agreed timelines while coordinating with onsite and offshore resources.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance to offshore teams as needed.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure alignment of functional requirements with solution design.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior consultant in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain projects.
• Strong ability to deliver complex functional designs and configurations on schedule.
• Experience working in multi‑disciplinary, global delivery teams.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with client and internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Oracle Supply Chain Management (Oracle SCM Cloud) expertise.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Cloud modules such as Manufacturing, Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, and Advanced Planning.
• Fit‑gap analysis, functional design, configuration, and testing within Oracle Cloud environments.
