Senior Operations Manager Connectivity

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Operations Lead to drive and own the operations for KONE IT Connectivity. KONE IT Connectivity manages the global KONE network and network security for over 800 offices, providing critical infrastructure services to offices, call centres and factories worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own and run end‑to‑end service operations in line with ITSM processes and security/compliance requirements for the KONE networks.
• Ensure availability, performance and stability of all products in scope, managing incidents, problems and changes.
• Maintain service documentation, knowledge articles and proactive communications for users.
• Lead continuous service improvement initiatives covering quality, security, cost efficiency and disaster‑recovery readiness.
• Manage supplier contracts, invoicing and multi‑provider coordination (SIAM).

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in IT service operations management.
• 5+ years working in the network domain within global, matrix organisations.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and Agile/Lean methodologies.
• Proven supplier and contract management capabilities.
• Experience with automation of operational tasks.

• SD‑WAN, LAN, Wi‑Fi, DHCP.
• Network monitoring tools and SASE solutions.
• Firewalls, VPN technologies.
• Cloud platforms and data‑center networking.
• Enterprise network security and IT/OT concepts.
• Automation scripting or tooling for operational processes.
