Senior NetSuite Administrator

About the role

Redis is looking for a senior professional to own the day‑to‑day administration and continuous improvement of its finance systems. You will act as the internal NetSuite expert, partnering with Finance, Procurement, People, IT and business leaders to translate requirements into scalable configurations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary NetSuite administrator, managing roles, permissions, workflows, forms, saved searches, reports, dashboards, custom fields and records.
• Configure NetSuite modules such as Financials, Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, Fixed Assets, Advanced Revenue Recognition, MCP and SuiteAnalytics.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to turn process requirements into system configurations and controls.
• Manage integrations and data flows, investigate issues, coordinate fixes and maintain master data quality.
• Drive automation and efficiency through workflow design, approval routing and native NetSuite functionality.
• Own release management, sandbox testing, UAT, change control, documentation and end‑user training.
• Monitor data quality, access controls and audit readiness, recommending improvements.
• Support reporting, dashboards, saved searches and ad‑hoc analysis for business decision‑making.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on NetSuite administration in a business environment.
• Experience leading full‑lifecycle NetSuite implementations, from design through post‑go‑live support.
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts and core finance processes (GL, AP, AR, order management, procurement, revenue recognition, reporting).
• Proven ability to partner with Finance stakeholders to translate needs into practical NetSuite solutions.
• Experience in a high‑growth, startup or SaaS company is ideal.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and accountable for data quality and system reliability.
