Senior Manager – SAP FICO Advisory (Mumbai/Pune)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead SAP FICO advisory engagements for clients in India. The role involves analysing client finance processes, designing and implementing SAP solutions, and ensuring successful go‑live and adoption across diverse industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP FI implementation and support projects, including S/4HANA finance modules.
• Drive preparation, design, realisation and Go‑Live activities for client engagements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide training, knowledge transfer and post‑implementation support to maximise client value.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development.

Required profile

• Minimum 11 years of experience in SAP FI implementation and support.
• Proven experience with S/4HANA finance roll‑outs across multiple industries.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage client relationships.
• Leadership experience in delivering large‑scale SAP projects.

Required skills

• SAP FI (FICO) – FI‑AR, FI‑AP, General Ledger, New GL, FI‑AA, Bank Accounting, Controlling.
• S/4HANA Finance implementation and support.
