Senior HR Business Partner – Regional Business Unit

About the role

As a Senior HR Business Partner you will shape and execute the human‑resource strategy for Bosch's regional Business Unit in India. You will work closely with senior leaders to align talent initiatives with the global business strategy and drive organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and lead HR strategy for the regional BU, ensuring alignment with global business goals.
• Drive the deployment of annual HR targets across business groups, monitoring progress and outcomes.
• Oversee HR processes and systems to enhance employee engagement, performance, and organizational development.
• Plan talent pipelines through workforce planning, succession planning and talent mapping for critical roles.
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, resolving HR issues and fostering a positive work environment.
• Monitor compliance with regional HR governance, RASIC and other process frameworks.

Required profile

• MBA or MSW in Human Resource Management.
• 15+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in technology or industrial sectors.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies at a regional or enterprise level.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.
