Senior C++ Engineer – ADAS HiL Framework Development

About the role

Are you ready to build the infrastructure that validates the safety of autonomous driving? We are seeking a Senior C++ Software Engineer for ADAS HiL Framework development to lead the creation, optimization, and scaling of our Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) test frameworks and simulation workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and maintain the ADAS HiL simulation framework for critical customer projects.
• Develop robust command‑line tools and automate test simulation workflows.
• Provide expert system‑level debugging for framework issues, memory errors and signal anomalies.
• Orchestrate Restbus simulation, configuring and scaling virtual vehicle networks.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct design and code reviews, and drive cross‑functional excellence.
• Enable test automation to improve execution speed and fidelity, transitioning pipelines from SiL to HiL.
• Support customer projects with signal mapping, object bypassing, and sensor integration.

Required profile

• 6‑7 years of professional experience in software development, validation framework design, or automotive systems integration.
• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or related field.
• Strong programming expertise in C++ (object‑oriented design, memory management) and basic Python for scripting.
• Proficiency developing, compiling, and debugging on Linux and Windows platforms.
