Senior BIM Design Reviewer – Airport Projects

About the role

AECOM is seeking a Senior BIM Design Reviewer to lead BIM implementation and digital delivery across airport development programmes in India. Reporting to the Senior Design cum Project Co‑ordinator, you will drive BIM governance, model coordination and information management for complex, multidisciplinary airport projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enforce the BIM Execution Plan, Information Management Strategy and Digital Delivery Framework.
• Establish BIM governance, modelling standards, workflows and data management protocols, and monitor compliance.
• Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination for terminal, airside, landside, utilities and support facilities, including model federation, clash detection and constructability reviews.
• Integrate BIM with project controls, 4D scheduling, 5D cost management and construction monitoring systems.
• Maintain project information management systems, ensure accurate capture and transfer of asset data, and support digital handover and as‑built model preparation.
• Produce BIM dashboards, digital performance reports and executive updates, and promote innovation and automation.

Required profile

• 15‑20 years of professional experience in design, engineering, BIM management or digital project delivery.
• At least 10 years on aviation projects involving terminals, airside, landside and utilities.
• Experience in PMC, EPC, design‑management consultancy or client‑side environments.
• Proven track record delivering large, multidisciplinary airport programmes.
