Senior Associate – ML Ops Lead (Advisory)

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to lead the ML Ops function within its Advisory practice in Bengaluru. You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of machine‑learning systems, turning experimental models into production‑ready services that drive client value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full ML system lifecycle from experimentation to production deployment and ongoing monitoring.
• Design and build scalable, cloud‑native MLOps pipelines for training, validation, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Develop and manage ML infrastructure on Azure, with a focus on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Implement best practices for model versioning, CI/CD, observability, and reproducibility.
• Productionize ML models as low‑latency APIs and batch systems integrated into client workflows.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver robust ML solutions.
• Monitor model performance, detect drift, and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor team members on MLOps practices and cloud technologies.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in machine‑learning operations and cloud platforms.
• Proven ability to design and implement end‑to‑end MLOps pipelines.
• Strong collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience delivering production‑grade ML solutions in a client‑facing environment.
