Senior AI Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer with deep expertise in designing and building advanced AI/ML systems, including large language models, retrieval‑augmented generation, and agent‑based architectures. The role involves architecting, implementing, and optimizing AI‑driven solutions for enterprise‑scale environments while collaborating closely with cross‑functional product, engineering, and research teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize advanced AI solutions such as LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agent‑based architectures.
• Deploy, orchestrate, and manage multi‑agent systems for enterprise use cases, leveraging frameworks like MCP, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or A2A/ADK.
• Establish agent lifecycle management practices, including state management, monitoring, retraining, and rollback.
• Implement autonomy guardrails, policies, and observability to ensure responsible AI behavior.
• Integrate agents with APIs, microservices, and message‑driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Solace PubSub+).
• Apply governance, fairness, security, and compliance controls for safe AI operations.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to co‑create AI features that deliver business value.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and adopt new tools/frameworks to strengthen the platform.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years focused on AI/ML systems.
• Expert‑level coding skills in Python, C#, and Angular/JavaScript.
• Hands‑on experience with standards/frameworks such as MCP, A2A/ADK, LangChain, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
• Strong working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure or GCP) and cloud‑native services for LLM workloads.
• Deep understanding of event‑driven architectures, distributed systems, and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Solace PubSub+).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Awareness of responsible AI, security, fairness, and compliance frameworks.
