Senior Account Executive – Sales

About the role

As a Senior Account Executive at Fictiv, you will work closely with exciting companies to help them bring products to market. This role bridges Fictiv India and key India‑based customers, coordinating across regional teams, U.S. leadership and suppliers to deliver a seamless manufacturing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect to build and maintain a healthy pipeline while meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting in Salesforce.com.
• Generate new business opportunities within target accounts and build long‑term relationships with key contacts.
• Serve as the primary bridge between India‑based customers and Fictiv India, coordinating daily with U.S. teams.
• Support on‑site customer visits, executive engagements and develop strategic supplier relationships.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to win complex deals and work with the sourcing team on in‑region sourcing strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of proven track record meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Manufacturing and supply‑chain experience, preferably in aerospace or telecommunications.
• BS/BA degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of product development and related business requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly build pipeline, manage forecasts and consistently exceed quota.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; proficiency in local languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel to Hyderabad and other customer or supplier sites as needed.
