SAP HANA SCM & Plant Maintenance Consultant

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a Package Consultant specialized in SAP HANA SCM and Plant Maintenance to design, implement and configure SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management solutions for its clients. The role focuses on improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and delivering high‑quality maintenance solutions across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP S/4HANA EAM solutions that align with client business requirements.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Configure SAP S/4HANA EAM applications to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for plant maintenance and equipment reliability.
• Support clients during solution rollout and post‑implementation phases.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (preferred).
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA EAM configuration and implementation.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Asset Management concepts and plant maintenance operations.
• Demonstrated ability to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
