Sales Operations Associate

About the role

Riveron is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to support the Sales Operations and Executive leadership team, providing reporting, analysis, pipeline tracking and forecasting to help achieve growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide analysis and insights on pipeline health, including adds, wins and conversion rates.
• Support data mapping, cleanup and enhancements for PowerBI reporting used by Sales Operations and Finance.
• Complete ad‑hoc pipeline and sales analysis for Sales, Operations and Executive leadership.
• Collaborate with finance, IT and accounting to ensure data integrity from Salesforce.
• Assist in preparing content and talking points for market, segment and industry meetings.
• Train employees on PowerBI, Salesforce and other data‑centric reports and metrics.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations or financial/business analysis focused on sales.
• Strong analytical skills with a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (v‑lookups, pivot tables, index‑match, modeling).
• Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
• PowerBI for reporting and data visualization.
• Data mapping and data governance concepts.
