Sales & Marketing Executive (Accessible Role)

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Executive position is an accessible role for candidates with locomotor, low‑vision or hearing disabilities. Based in Mumbai, the role combines customer service, order‑cycle management and coordination of warehouse and logistics activities to support sales operations.

Key responsibilities

• Review order‑cycle time (OCT) for material delivery to customers (dealers, project sites) and ensure benchmarks are met.
• Coordinate with customers and the sales team to resolve material‑service issues and support home‑improvement business logistics.
• Monitor and improve productivity of warehouse staff, conduct stock verification and control variances.
• Maintain warehouse documentation, legal agreements and implement Transport Management System for route optimisation.
• Oversee vendor payments, statutory licences renewal and safety audits to ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in any stream (BA/B.Sc./B.Com/BBA/BBM/BMS) with minimum 50% marks and no backlogs.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience.
• Locomotor, low‑vision (up to 50%) or hard‑of‑hearing (up to 50%) disability.
