About the role

Apple Retail is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team that delivers exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for coaching, developing, and empowering team members while ensuring business priorities and performance goals are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Actively participate in floor leadership by interacting with team members and customers throughout the store.
• Address customer and team member concerns and escalations, partnering with leadership when needed.
• Drive business priorities and achieve store performance goals through operational strategies.
• Uphold company policies, protect assets and confidential information.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain a diverse, high‑performing team.
• Perform other tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Availability to work a schedule that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Proficiency in the local language, both written and spoken.
• Experience leading others in retail, sales, or a related field.
• Ability to meet performance goals and business priorities.
