About the role

We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team in the Delhi‑NCR region. You will help create a welcoming shopping environment, assist customers in finding the right products and support the store’s daily operations.

Key responsibilities

Greet customers as they enter the store and provide friendly, professional assistance.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of promotions, payment policies and security procedures.
Process sales transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system.
Assist with inventory tasks such as restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
Collaborate with teammates to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Required skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Basic math skills for transaction processing.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous retail sales experience is a plus.
