Remote Coding Instructor for K-12 Students

About the role

Join Codingal, the leading live education platform for K-12 learners, as a Remote Coding Instructor. You will deliver engaging, interactive coding lessons to school‑age students across India and beyond, helping them discover the joy of building apps, games, and websites.

Key responsibilities

• Teach live coding classes online, tailoring content to different age groups and skill levels.
• Inspire curiosity and problem‑solving by guiding students through hands‑on projects.
• Assess student progress, grade assignments, and provide constructive feedback.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to share updates and address concerns.
• Participate in ongoing training, curriculum updates, and teacher development programs.

Required profile

• Graduate in Computer Science, IT, Computer Applications or a related field (B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech, etc.).
• Strong programming fundamentals and comfort with at least one language such as Python, JavaScript, Scratch, or Java.
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for young learners.
• Reliable home office setup: laptop/desktop with camera, microphone, and stable internet (≥10 Mbps).
• Minimum 50 teaching hours per month; mandatory availability on Saturdays and Sundays.
