Reliability & Maintenance Engineer

About the role

The Reliability & Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all facility and production equipment. You will work on preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, and continuous improvement of mechanical and electrical systems in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly and monthly technical checks according to the PPM schedule.
• Respond to TT calls for corrective maintenance, service and repair tasks.
• Coordinate warranty and AMC activities with external vendors.
• Read energy consumption data and maintain diesel generators.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems, power distribution, lighting, transformers and wiring.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams and control components such as photo‑eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives and encoders.
• Carry out minor building refurbishments, fire‑alarm checks, pest‑control, housekeeping and waste disposal.
• Prepare daily reports on TT closures, open cases and root‑cause analysis.
• Manage tools inventory and oversee agency staff on shift.

Required profile

• Experience in electrical, mechanical, electronics or instrumentation & controls.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with conveyors, automation or control‑system maintenance.
