Regional Head of Services – APAC

About the role

Addepar is a global data and AI platform serving investment professionals. The Regional Head of Services for APAC will build, scale, and lead a high‑performing services organization across the Asia‑Pacific region, translating global strategy into local execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the APAC services organization, ensuring alignment with the global go‑to‑market strategy and delivering implementation, partner solutions, and technical client support.
• Design and operate local models to resolve recurring client escalations, improve time‑to‑value, and boost customer satisfaction.
• Develop and mentor a regional team capable of handling complex, data‑intensive implementations and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Global Services to integrate regional needs such as feed enhancements into the global roadmap.
• Define and track KPIs for service predictability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across APAC.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in professional services within a high‑growth, data‑intensive SaaS or fintech environment.
• Proven regional leadership managing distributed teams across APAC.
• Deep expertise in complex implementation methodologies, partner services models, and technical client support.
• Strong analytical, metrics‑driven performance focus and ability to resolve recurring escalations.
• Experience collaborating with global headquarters while maintaining local autonomy.
