Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to partner with Talent Delivery and Hiring teams, ensuring a best‑in‑class candidate experience across multiple business units worldwide. You will become the subject‑matter expert for the interview lifecycle and support high‑impact projects that drive internal growth.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate phone, virtual, panel, and onsite interviews for regional and global teams.
• Manage interview logistics, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and candidate reimbursements.
• Greet candidates at the designated office hub and maintain a positive on‑site experience.
• Audit employment agreements and ensure background investigations are completed before start dates.
• Build strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers, acting as a thought partner to troubleshoot challenges.
• Prioritise multiple tasks across business units while maintaining efficiency and equity.
• Master Salesforce’s applicant tracking system and recruiting tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in interview coordination or talent acquisition support.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage complex schedules.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, global environment.
