About the role
The Human Resources Associate will support HR operations at Marriott's New Delhi property, handling administrative tasks, applicant processing, and employee communications to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, record messages, and provide professional telephone etiquette.
- Create and maintain filing systems for applicant interview documentation and employment records.
- Process employment applications, audit and coordinate distribution of paychecks.
- Communicate required documentation to new hires for I‑9 verification and create new employee personnel files.
- Design and update employee communication bulletin boards and post required legal notices.
- Follow company safety, security, and appearance policies while maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Assist colleagues to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service.
- Enter and locate work‑related information using computers and point‑of‑sale systems.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related HR or administrative experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
