About the role
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to lead Gulf/UAE hiring for both IT and non‑IT positions, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Handle end‑to‑end recruitment for IT & non‑IT roles targeting the Gulf/UAE market.
- Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases and referrals.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews and manage follow‑ups.
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.
- Coordinate offer, documentation and joining formalities.
- Manage multiple mandates while meeting targets and TATs.
Required profile
- 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in Gulf/UAE hiring.
- Strong exposure to both IT and non‑IT recruitment.
- Good understanding of international/Gulf talent markets (preferred).
- Excellent communication, sourcing and candidate management skills.
- Target‑oriented, proactive and strong at follow‑ups.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
