Recruiter – Hospitality & Cruise Hiring

About the role

ROHI Global Services is seeking a dynamic Recruiter with a background in hospitality or cruise operations to strengthen its talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience in hotels, restaurants, or cruise ships and wants to transition into a full‑time recruitment career.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for cruise ship and hospitality positions.
• Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
• Evaluate resumes, shortlist candidates, and match them to client requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates for documentation and onboarding.
• Build and sustain a robust database of hospitality professionals.

Required profile

• Background in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or the Cruise Industry.
• Previous experience as a Chef, F&B professional, Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa, or Hotel Operations is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
