Quality Manager – Automotive Plastic Injection Moulding

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead automotive quality initiatives for plastic injection moulding operations in Manesar. You will ensure compliance with IATF‑16949 and ISO standards while driving zero‑defect production.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with third‑party auditors (TUV) for recertification and surveillance audits of IATF/ISO specifications.
• Prepare and maintain quality plans, inspection standards, control plans and OPS to guarantee defect‑free parts.
• Monitor cost of poor quality (COPQ) and QA manpower expenses against targets.
• Support APQP processes for new product development.
• Provide training on quality standards, IATF, safety, inspection and customer requirements to team members and warehouse staff.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement continuous improvement, reduce defects and enhance overall product quality.

Required profile

• 15+ years of quality management experience in the automotive industry, specifically with injection moulding.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to apply quality tools and methodologies effectively.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Confidence working with internal teams and external suppliers.
