QC Coordinator

About the role

Fulkrum’s Mumbai office is looking for a highly motivated and experienced QC Coordinator to join its dynamic team. You will act as the primary liaison between clients, candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring quality assurance and control processes are delivered effectively across oil and gas projects.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client requests for quality assurance, quality control, engineering and project support personnel.
• Source and prepare candidates for interviews, providing project‑related information.
• Liaise with clients on proposals, interviews, selections and placements.
• Issue assignment details to successful candidates and manage contractual obligations.
• Coordinate task‑related documents (ITP, drawings, specifications) and submit site reports to clients.
• Address client complaints, provide end‑of‑assignment feedback and monitor performance.
• Maintain commercial awareness during placement negotiations and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with client SLAs, Fulkrum KPIs and secure storage of inspection reports and certificates.

Required profile

• Extensive knowledge of onshore and offshore oil and gas projects.
• Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in high‑pressure situations.
• Familiarity with quality assurance and quality control processes.
