Property Sourcing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Property Sourcing Executive to identify and acquire commercial properties for our clients. The role involves fieldwork, market surveys, landlord coordination, and supporting the leasing process from sourcing to finalisation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify commercial properties suitable for retail, dark stores, warehouses, and offices.
• Conduct market surveys and field visits to source new properties.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, landlords, brokers, and developers.
• Collect detailed property information such as address, area, rental expectations, security deposit, ownership details, power availability, parking, docking bays, photographs and videos.
• Verify ownership documents and coordinate collection of required paperwork.
• Maintain an accurate property database.
• Coordinate site inspections with clients and internal teams.
• Follow up with landlords for negotiations and approvals.
• Assist in obtaining signed mandates, LOIs, and lease documentation.
• Update daily field activity reports and CRM.
• Achieve monthly sourcing and site‑visit targets.
• Coordinate with backend and legal teams for documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and property information.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in commercial real estate, property sourcing, sales or business development (freshers with strong field‑sales aptitude may be considered).
• Willingness to travel extensively and work independently.
• Two‑wheeler with a valid driving licence.
• Familiarity with Hyderabad and South India commercial markets.
• Strong networking skills with local brokers and landlords.
